My name is Renee and I am a highly qualified personal trainer with over 12 years experience in the fitness industry. I have worked here in Melbourne and in London and specialise in pre/post natal and pelvic floor training. I am very experienced in rehabilitation and trigger point therapy. I am also a qualified spin, TRX, VipR, Kettlebell, Boxing and running instructor.

I'm passionate about influencing positive change in people's lives and healing the body through way of movement. It doesn't matter what stage of life you are at, it's never too late to start.

I'm a mum of three daughters and it's really important to me to send the right message and be a great role model for them. We all know the visual benefits of exercise and healthy eating, but the ones that matter the most come from the inside out, so just move that body!

I also encourage my clients to take the time outside of their sessions to focus on 'body maintenance' though trigger point therapy and foam roller exercises. This ensures the body has adequate time to recover and then prime between training.
