WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE:
Tuesdays 8PM - Reach & Relax for Recovery OPTIONAL 15 minute meditation & mindfulness at the end
Thursdays 8PM - Runner’s Strength (Running Specific strength)
Sundays 3PM - Rythym (All over workout)
1-2-1 Initial assessments (required to attend pilates classes. Contact Dani to book).
