'Start Strong' Strength Training - 8 week Block

With over 15 years in the strength & conditioning industry, personal trainer Renee is formidable. She has an eye for detail and leaves no stone unturned... or muscle weakened! ;) By the end of the 8 week block, you’ll have the tools to maintain a base strength to continue your running journey.

This block training will:

  • provide you with a baseline assessment of areas to improve and develop relative to your running goals.
  • increase mobility and stability - reduces rates of injury
  • supports all develop and distance programs for all running goals.
  • introduce you to other members in the group in a fun and friendly environment.
