Andie started running distances in her twenties for the mental and physical benefits, and just never stopped. She believes all humans are athletes and running is the ultimate metaphor for life and reaching beyond where you first thought your potential was.
Andie worked as a personal trainer for over 10 years and enjoys run coaching as she can put together all the technical aspects to achieve ultimate simplicity for you as a runner. Andie joined the coaching team in 2025 after renewing her run coach qualification and falling in love with coaching all over again.
Andie has qualifications in personal training, run coaching, kettlebells and group fitness... as well as tertiary qualifications in public relations, naturopathy and nutrition. She currently works in a health promotion role for local government. Her running journey has been influenced by injury, learning about nutrition, pregnancy, being post-partum and carving out the time to run around motherhood.
Andie believes the best place for a runner to start is where they're at - the rest will follow, promise!
