WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?

Total session can vary from 45-80 minutes depending on what you're training for (including warm up exercises/cool down stretches).

Meet as a group, warm up and do drills together. Start the session with a subgroup of runners and do the cool down run together.

All programs are provided through an online coaching platform where you and your coach can track your progress, make notes and reports per activity, set fitness data parameters and more.

WHERE?

KENSINGTON LOCATION

MONDAYS: PLEASE ARRIVE 5:50pm.  We start the running session at 6PM at the Bill Vanina Pavillion in JJ Holland Park, Kensington Road, Kensington.

WEDNESDAYS: PLEASE ARRIVE 6:20pm. We start the running session at 6:30PM the Bill Vanina Pavillion in JJ Holland Park, Kensington Road, Kensington.

It sits nicely almost in the middle of the park, behind the football oval.  

There will be no locked facilities, so be sure to have minimal gear.  If you’re unsure what to do with keys and/or phone, we all strongly suggest investing in a collapsible belt such as a Spibelt or similar from our partner Sole Motive on Queen st, Melbourne.   You can also order online. If you want a 15% discount at Sole Motive, we'll send you the discount code and other member perks!

There are public toilets on either side of the park.

BELLARINE  LOCATION

TUESDAYS: PLEASE ARRIVE 5:20pm.  We start the running session 5:30PM at the Leopold Football Netball Club, Melaluka Rd, Leopold.

FRIDAYS: PLEASE ARRIVE 5:50am.  We start the running session 6AM at the Leopold Football Netball Club, Melaluka Rd, Leopold.

Leopold Footy Oval is directly opposite Gateway Plaza and has its own parking. 

For both sessions we may start or end in the dark so Please bring a headtorch.

We will not have access to change rooms or lockers so please bring minimal gear - we strongly suggest a running belt if you have one. You can order online from Sole Motive as mentioned above.

There are public toilets and a bubble tap, feel free to bring your own bottle. 

When on a membership, you're entitled to attend any location. We ask you to notify your usual coaches so we can spread the word to the right location!
